Please see below some of the most frequent questions our customers ask us regarding our serviced apartments and the services we provide.  If you have a question, which you cannot find an answer for, please do not hesitate to contact us


Can you smoke in the apartments?

We have a no smoking policy in all of our apartments, however, you can smoke in the outdoor designated areas

Are Pets Allowed?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in any of our apartments

How do I make a booking?

Please call us on 01274 288974 and we can arrange the booking for you.  Alternatively, please complete our booking form and we will get in touch ASAP.

What do I need to bring me upon check in?

In order to complete the check in, you must bring a valid debit or credit card.  Along with this, you must have a photgraphic ID with address verification, i.e. driving license

What are your cancellation procedures?

We can accept cancellation 48 hours before with no charge.  If cancelled within 48 hours or no notice given we will charge 50% of the booking cost.  we will charge 50% of the stay that was remaining to cover our loss of business

How many guests can stay in one apartment?

All our apartments are one bedroom apartments, therefore we are able to allow two guests to sleep in the apartment

Is there parking?

We have free parking for all our customers free of charge and it is a secured car park with CCTV

Check in and Check Out?

We are flexible on check in times – please call our reservations team in advance and we will endeavor to suite your needs. Check out is 11.30 am. If you would like to keep your apartment on after the checkout time there will be a one off charge of £20, subject to the apartment being available – please ask for details
